Since I was a child, I was fascinated by the dairy. I grow up in the eastern part of Switzerland in a very rural area. There I have learnt the traditional craft of cheese making from the very beginning. After the official exam, I worked in various commercial dairies and graduated as a Master of Cheese in 1990.

In the industrial production and the cheese trade, I made important experiences to start my own business in 2005. Since then I run my own company in cheese and wine-trading, which is based in Cham, in the heart of Switzerland. Thanks to my great experience and my love for natural products, I am personally committed to the highest quality in selected specialities.
